In your 75-minute initial coaching session, we'll talk about your hormonal health symptoms and challenges, go over your test results, and map out a plan. Whether you need to consider tests or other diagnoses, find a new health care provider, explore supplements and alternatives that may make sense for your health, or learn how to ask for the care you need, my mission is to help equip you with the information, knowledge, and confidence you need to take the important next steps to feeling and living well.
